rights

i retain the rights: to use, modify, or monetize my art in any way at my discretion including any sales, marketing, publication, and merchandising. i may cancel and refund the order at any time, for any reason.
you may: copy or redistribute your commission anywhere for personal use, provided proper credit is given. any commercial use must be approved of by me before hand. any designs by me may be traded or sold with my notification and permission. you may request a full refund if there has been no progress or updates within two months.
you may not: use my art for any blockchain related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency, or for any AI related technology, including submission for learning datasets.

revisions

you may: request up to two full revisions during the sketch phase. a reasonable amount of edits or revisions are allowed past the initial sketch.
further edits after completion may be requested but may incur additional fees depending on complexity.
some edits are more difficult than others and may not be accommodated depending on circumstances, up to my discretion.

additional info

typical completion time: is generally one to two weeks for full colour, full body commissions.
communication: after initial contact i prefer to communicate via discord. turnaround is greatly expedited if you are easily reached, and progress can be more readily shared and revised promptly.
prices: all prices listed are the base price. additional fees may apply depending on complexity.
